Elyptis AI ("Elyptis," "we," or "us") is a missed-call auto-response service operated by Jacobe Delcastillo, a sole proprietorship based in Port St. Lucie, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Small businesses subscribe to Elyptis so that when a customer calls and no one answers, the customer receives an automated text reply within about 60 seconds. The reply identifies itself as an AI assistant, acknowledges the missed call, and may ask a short series of qualifying questions on behalf of the business.
We only exchange messages with people who initiated contact with a business that uses Elyptis — by placing a phone call, submitting a form, or replying to an existing thread. We do not cold-text, purchase phone number lists, or scrape contact data from the internet.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government IDs, geolocation data, or health information.
We share your conversation content and contact information with the specific business you contacted. That is the entire purpose of the service.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms. We do not use your information to train AI models.
By calling a business that uses Elyptis, you are providing prior express consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive an automated text reply related to your call. Elyptis will not send marketing or promotional messages unrelated to your original contact.
Conversation logs are stored for the duration of the business's subscription to Elyptis, plus up to 90 days for compliance and dispute resolution. If the business cancels, or if you ask us to delete your information, we remove it within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
You can request a copy of the information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop processing it, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Elyptis is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has contacted us, email [email protected] and we will delete the information.
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify subscribed businesses by email. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised policy.
